Availability

Our large inventory of standard component parts and limited quantities of completely assembled and tested product configurations will most always assure you of prompt delivery. Even prototypes and designs can be provided with short lead times.

Warranty

Seller warrants that the goods sold herein will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days and this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of parts. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND IN LIEU OF THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

Notice of any defect must be received by seller within 90 days of the date of shipment of the goods; in the absence of such timely notice, it shall be conclusively presumed the goods are free from defect and Seller will incur no liability as to such goods sold to buyer and upon receipt of such goods from buyer postage prepaid and after examination and satisfaction that such defect did not arise as a result of misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident. In no event shall Seller be liable for collateral or consequential damages.
