Cancellations


All orders placed are considered to be firm and can be
manufactured at any time for cost efficiency unless otherwise specified by the Customer at time
of quotation and/or order placement. Cancellation charges will be applicable on all work inprocess
operations and material ordered to manufacture connectors purchased. An additional
$75.00 cancellation fee applies for paperwork handling.


Conditions

The prices and terms on this quotation are not subject to verbal changes or other
agreements unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Min-E-Con LLC.
· All quotations and agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, fires, availability of
materials and all other causes beyond our control.

  • Typographical and stenographic errors are subject to correction.
  • Purchaser agrees to accept either overage or shortage not in excess of ten percent to be
    charged for pro-rata.
  • Purchaser assumes liability for patent and copyright infringement when goods are made to
    Purchaser’s specifications.
  • When quotation specifies material to be furnished by the Purchaser, ample allowance must
    be made for reasonable spoilage and material must be of suitable quality to facilitate efficient
    production.
  • Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by established trade customs.
  • Terms inconsistent with those stated herein which may appear on Purchaser’s formal order
    will not be binding to Min-E-Con LLC.


Rescedule


There will be an additional $75.00 rescheduling fee for all orders subject to
reschedule within Min-E-Con’s issue period or on completed orders ready for shipment.


Warranty


It is expressly agreed that this warranty shall be in lieu of all warranties of fitness
and in lieu of the warranty of merchantability.

Notice of any defect must be received by seller within 90 days of the date of shipment of the
goods; in the absence of such timely notice, it shall be conclusively presumed the goods are free
from defect and Min-E-Con LLC will incur no liability as to such goods sold to Purchaser and
upon receipt of such goods from Purchaser, shipment prepaid, and after examination and
satisfaction that such defect did not arise as a result of misuse, neglect, improper installation,
repair alteration or accident. In no event shall Min-E-Con be liable for collateral or consequential
damages.
