Min-E-Con recommends the following for downhole applications:

Micro-D – Classic: based on the mil-dtl-83513 platform but severely upgraded for downhole.

DSMR: Low Profile / Small D / Original D. A flatter, low profile version of the micro-d offers space saving advantages.







DNBR: For designs where ever millimeter counts this product takes the low profile DSMR and shaves even more material away. This is the smallest micro-d style connector available today.







Strip Connector: The strip connector provides a reliable, low profile connector at a low cost. With the flexibility to have any from 1 to 84 contacts , guide pins and/or jack screws







PEEK FLEX Connector: Quick turn – semi custom products that can use either micro or nano sized contacts and have any number of contacts.







Nano Connector: A full 1/5 the size of the micro-d, the Nano connector is as small as it gets. Min-e-con offers a drop in replacement for the old Nanonics Tyco part at ..025 centerline spacing (NMR1) and an upgraded modern Nano version at .030 centerlines spacing for new designs (NMR2).
